Description: As a result of our continued growth and expansion GE oil and Gas are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to be responsible for our recruiting activities within a technical engineering function. Specific responsibilities will include: Development of an effective pan African strategy to attract engineering talent across Africa this will include development of effective sourcing strategies through multiple channels. In addition he or she will be responsible for liaising with technical field services stakeholders regarding operational recruiting activitiesto ensure that we select and hire the best
The successful candidate will have a university degree in human resources or a similar discipline, combined with significant recruitment expertise either from within the recruitment industry or an in house function. He or she should be able to demonstrate intellectual agility combined with a commercial outlook , the ability to operate in a complex and challenging business environment and have a strong understanding of the challenges he or she may face sourcing talent in Africa.
