Vacancies for HR officer,Account in Lagos and Port-harcort


JOB OPPORTUNITIES

Our company is a major player in the catering and hospitality sector with operations both in Lagos and Port Harcourt . Due to business expansion, we seek to fill the following vacancies urgently:

A. HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER ( PORT HARCOURT )


Directly Reports: GENERAL MANAGER

Role summary: To consistently ensure that highly skilled, well motivated and professionally managed people are always available to actualize the business objectives. Promoting best people management practice, people development and effective performance management system.

QUALIFICATION:

·         Between 30 40 years of age

·         A good first degree in human resources related field

·         Minimum of 4years experience in active HR practice with working knowledge of labour laws and best HR policies in Nigeria .

·         An active membership of HR professional association will be added advantage

B. SUPERVISING ACCOUNTANT (PORTHARCOURT)

Directly Reports to: The finance manager

Role Summary: Amongst other responsibilities, the ideal candidate is expected to supervise the day to day function of accounts payable and inventory reconciliation.

Ensure monthly reconciliation of detail GL entries, Reconcile bank accounts and constantly review postings in the chart of accounts

QUALIFICATION:

·         Between 30 35 years of age

·         A good first degree in related field with progress in ICAN with relative passes will be an added advantage

·         Minimum of 3years in similar or related position

·         A good knowledge of Peachtree Accounting or other accounting packages is required.

C. ASST. ACCOUNTS OFFICER  ( LAGOS & PORT HARCOURT )

Directly Reports to: Finance manager

Role Summary: Amongst other responsibilities, the ideal candidate is expected to

Prepare and report monthly wages and salaries, Keep Fixed Assets register and Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements.

QUALIFICATION

·         Between 25- 35 years of age

·         An OND or ATS qualified in accounting, progress in ICAN or higher degree will be advantage

·         Knowledge of any accounting packages will be an added advantage.

 

ATTRIBUTES FOR ALL POSITION:

·         Good computer skill with proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)

·         Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skill

·         Effective disposition, with good team spirit and unquestionable integrity.
