1. HEAD, PROPERTY &. ESTATE UNIT Lagos The ideal candidate must possess the following: A minimum of second class Lower degree in Estate Management Membership of relevant professional bodies Must be a chartered Surveyor At least 8 years cognate working experience in a primary mortgage institution. Age between 30 - 40 years
2. ARCHITECT Lagos Candidate must possess the following: Minimum of second class lower degree in Architecture from a recognized University Membership of appropriate professional bodies At least 4 years of active professional practice Knowledge of project management and efficiency in design drawing and AutoCAD is essential. Age between 30 - 40 years
3. ACCOUNTS MANAGER Lagos, Abuja Candidate must possess the following: Minimum of Second class Lower degree in Accounting, finance, Economics or Business or Administration ACA with at least 5 years post qualification experience Must be computer literate with good analytical skills Use of various accounting software is essential Ability to work under pressure and solve complex financial problems Age between 30 - 40 years
4. TREASURY MANAGER Requirements: Minimum of second class lower degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics or any numerate discipline. Minimum of 8 years post graduate experience, preferably 1n a financial institution. Ability to work under pressure & achieve results through people. Possession of relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage Must be computer literate and numerical Age between 30 - 40 years
5. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS (Lagos, Abuja, Jalingo & Yola) Requirements: Minimum of second class lower degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or any numerate discipline At least 8 years cognate experience in marketing and strategic planning in a banking environment. Must be computer literate An MBA or ACA or ACB is an added advantage. Should have a passion and aptitude for marketing & Business Development. Must have extensive network of business & financial connections Age between 30 - 40 years.
6. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER Requirements: A minimum of second class lower degree in a related discipline preferably in Computer science, Mathematics, Electrical/Electronics Engineering from a reputable University. Possession of professional certification will be added advantage. 8 years minimum experience with competencies in the following areas; Network management and troubleshooting User requirement analysis Network and capacity planning IT security administration Hardware configuration Data communications Must be resourceful & innovative, highly attentive to details with high level of integrity. Age between 30 - 40 years.
7. INTERNAL CONTROL Requirements: Minimum of second class lower degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration. Possession of ACA with at least 8 years relevant experience Ability to work under pressure & think 'outside the box' Management of Accounts & financial controls Computer literacy with good analytical skills Age between 35 - 40 years
8. DATABASE MANAGER Requirements: Minimum of second class lower degree in a related discipline preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical/Electronics Engineering from a reputable University. Possession of relevant professional certification will be an added advantage. Minimum of 5 years experience with competencies in the following areas: Data communications SQL language Be familiar with at least 2 major database Engines, preferably Oracle or MSSQ Script writing System administration Ability to write program code will also be an added advantage Age below 35 years
9. 12. NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR Requirements: Minimum of second class lower degree in a related discipline preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical/Electronics Engineering from a reputable University. Possession of relevant professional certification (CCNA, CCNP, MCP) will be an Added advantage. 14. CONFIDENTIAL SECRETARIES Lagos. Requirements: Minimum HND lower credit or B.SC second class lower in Secretarial Administration At least 3 years relevant experience in secretarial and general office administration duties.
