An Insurance Broker in Lagos requires the services of the following

1. MANAGER
Requirements
• Ability to Assess risk portfolio and design seamless risk management package for the client.
• Knowledge and understanding of the third party providers – adjusters, surveyors etc
• Knowledge of Regulators and regulatory requirements
Person Specification
• Minimum of 6 years experience in insurance practice
• University Degree any of the following, Social Sciences, Arts, Law, Engineering
• Minimum 2nd class
• Associate membership of CII Nigeria or CII London
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other applications
• Good communication interpersonal and social skills

2. SENIOR MANAGER
Requirements
• Ability to Assess risk portfolio and design seamless risk management package for the client.
• Knowledge and understanding of the third party providers – adjusters, surveyors etc
• Knowledge of Regulators and regulatory requirements

• Minimum of 6 years experience in insurance practice
• University Degree any of the following, Social Sciences, Arts, Law, Engineering
• Minimum 2nd class
• Associate membership of CII Nigeria or CII London
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other applications
• Good communication interpersonal and social skills

3. ACCOUNTANT
Profile;
• B.Sc (Hon) Accounting or business related discipline
• ACA, ACCA
• Aged between 28 – 35 years old
• Minimum experience of 4 years in a well structured finance and account department with Supervisory role.
• Knowledge of the Insurance industry would be an advantage.
• Must be knowledgeable in preparing Management Account, Budgetary Reports and any other required report for management decision-making
• Knowledge of MS-EXCEL and QuickBooks Accounting Package is essential
• Successful candidate must be a team player, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

4. DEPUTY MANAGER – Insurance Underwriting/Client Service (Specialization in Oil & Gas)
• Knowledge of covers required by local players in Oil & Gas market and underwriting required.
Person Specification
Minimum of 8 years experience in insurance practice
University Degree any of the following: Social Sciences, Arts, Law, and Engineering
Associate membership of CII Nigeria or CII London
Proficiency in Microsoft applications
Good communication interpersonal and social skills

5. ASSISTANT MANAGER –Underwriting / Client Service
Requirements
•Ability to Assess risk portfolio and design seamless risk management package for the client.
•Knowledge and understanding of the third party providers – adjusters, surveyors etc
•Knowledge of Regulators and regulatory requirements

Remuneration
Salary is well above industry average, Performance Bonus, Profit-sharing, free medical, Business contract, mobile telephone, etc.
