Yes, installing a USB Bluetooth dongle or a PCIe Bluetooth card on your computer will help you to add Bluetooth to your PC. Connect your adapter, put in any drivers if required, and turn on Bluetooth from Settings. In this way, older computers that lack Bluetooth can still use wireless headphones, keyboards, and speakers.
