Qi 2.2 wireless charging is starting to show up alongside the iPhone 17, but not every fast charger actually delivers the speeds it promises. The main difference is proper Qi2 (or Qi2.2) certification with magnetic alignment. This is like MagSafe. It ensures stable 15W+ charging and improves efficiency. Many cheaper pads use standard Qi speeds. So, they won't seem much faster than older chargers, even if theyre called fast.
